NATIONAL EXCHANGES (SPAIN)
The returned jewel must always be in perfect conditions and must not show any usage signs, otherwise What a Mesh reserves the right to cancel any exchange or return process.
Product exchanges are free of charge.
To proceed with the change you have 15 working days from the jewel reception date (the product must arrive at What a Mesh headquarters in this period of time). Send us an email to mesh@whatamesh.es and we’ll attach our exchange form in which you can explain the change reasons and for which jewel or size you want to change it. Attach this form to your return parcel and make sure the jewel is well sealed and secured into the What a Mesh packaging
What a Mesh will pick up your parcel at the direction you specify without added costs.
In case you want to exchange it for a cheaper jewel, What a Mesh will refund you the difference through a bank transfer. In case you want to exchange it for a more expensive jewel, you will have to pay the difference before the shipping.
In case that What to Mesh had sent another jewel by mistake, or in case any of our jewels had a tare, What a Mesh will assume the total shipping costs caused by the change.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

Buyer must only pay for return costs. What a Mesh will send the new product free of charge.

Once the jewel gets back to What a Mesh headquarters and we check its conditions, we’ll contact you back to establish the new delivery.

Attach this form to your return parcel and make sure the jewel is well sealed and secured into the What a Mesh packaging.The jewel is under your responsibility until we get it back.

Once the jewel gets back to What a Mesh headquarters and we check its conditions, we’ll contact you back to establish the new delivery.
What a Mesh also offers to pick the product up from your home adress. You can request this service by sending an email to mesh@whatamesh.es. National transport will have a cost of 6 euros that will be deducted from the return. In case of international shipments contact us and we will give the price for each specific country.

The estimated refund time is about 10 working days, depending on the bank.
