Shopping guide

Shopping on our website is really easy, just follow the next steps:

  1.  Click/tap the collection or the jewelry category that you are interested to buy.
  2. Click the image or the product name and a it will lead you to a new page. In this page you will find all the product information, such as name, used materials, measures, stock amount or price.
  3. Select your wrist measure (only in bracelet) as it is indicated in the "Size Guide" in order to add the product to the shopping list. In case the standard bracelet measures do not fit you, you can use the field you will find below to specify your measure so we can create a personalized jewel for you. Please note that if you request a special measure, the production period may be up to 15 working days, since that jewel will be created exclusively for you.
  4. Specify the address where you want us to send your jewel, remember that shipping costs are free as long as it is a national shipment (anywhere in Spain).
  5. Select the payment method,  by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.
  6. You have already placed your order!
  7. You will receive an order confirmation by email and a second email later to confirm the precise delivery date.

PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING COSTS

What a Mesh jewelry can be purchased with credit or debit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard), through Paypal or by bank transfer.

 

Credit card payment will be instantly made through Banco Sabadell's online payment gateway to ensure maximum security in all operations.

 

If you have any problem during the payment process, please restart your computer. Should the problem persist, please send an email to mesh@whatamesh.es and we will provide you a solution as soon as possible.

 

All national shipping charges (within Spain) will be free. International shipping cost will depend on the destination  country. When you indicate your country during the purchase process, the amount of transport costs will appear and added to the final price.

DELIVERY TERMS

 

In What a Mesh we produce all our jewels manually and individually.

The delivery time of our standard jewels for national shipments (within Spain) is 10 days maximum.

The delivery time of our personalized jewels for national shipments (within Spain) is 15 days maximum.

For international shipments the delivery date will depend on the country. 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

EXCHANGES

To guarantee your total satisfaction you can change your jewel if it doesn't fit you properly or if  you prefer to change it for a different one.

To proceed with the change you have 20 working days from the jewel reception date. Send us an email to mesh@whatamesh.es explaining the change reasons and for which jewel or size you want to change it and we will proceed with the change.

You must put the jewel well secured into the What a Mesh packaging and our NACEX carrier will come to pick it up. (Do not worry about this, because we will contact you to explain all the procedure.)

Once the jewel has arrived and we have verified that the jewel is in perfect conditions,  we will proceed with the change.

The returned jewel must always be in perfect conditions, otherwise What a Mesh reserves the right to don't make any change at all. 

If you want to change the product size, you will have to pay only for the transportation cost to our offices. This payment can be done either with transfer to What a Mesh, either paying cash directly to the carrier.  Then we will send you the product with the new size.

In case you want to exchange it for a cheaper jewel, What a Mesh will refund you the difference through a bank transfer. In case you want to exchange it for a more expensive jewel, you will have to pay the difference before the shipping.

This transport cost will be € 5,00 for national shipments (within Spain).

In case of international shipments contact us and we will give the price for each specific country. 

In case that What to Mesh had sent another jewel by mistake, or in case any of our jewels had a tare, What a Mesh would assume the total shipping costs caused by the change.
